The Kabyle (Amazigh) version of Allegoria

"TUGNA is the word in Kabyle language that is used to symbolize the word ALLEGORIA from Latin which means allegory. But in the Kabyle language, tugna symbolizes the word allegory so we could say that it's an allegory within an allegory. Proud to be able to present this version of ALLEGORIA in Kabyle language which is part of the Amazigh (Berber) language and culture present in North Africa since 3000 years before Christ. North Africa has been the scene over thousands of years of various colonizing times. Romans, Greeks, Arabs, French, all passed and left their traces there, but the Kabyle language survives thru the spoken word. As an homage to the native language of the writer who wrote the text for the narration in the English version of ALLEGORIA, it could only be the natural thing to do to make this version in Noufel's own language, which is one of the oldest languages in the world that is still alive. ALLEGORIA by Noufel Bouzeboudja wins award Allegoria The cinematic poem ALLEGORIA, written by Noufel Bouzeboudja and directed by Nobilis Bellator, has received the award by Awardeo Company, which palmes the best movie of the week on the platform Vimeo. Featured on several websites and broadcasted on the Spanish TV stations TVE 1 and TVE 2, Allegoria is a collaboration project realised by 5 international artists: Nobilis Bellator (Spain), Conrad Harvey (USA), Bamboocha (Serbia), Nenad Novaković (Serbia) and Noufel. Noufel was an ICORN guest writer in Fanø, Denmark, and is currently living in Paris where he is directing a play in two languages Kabyle and French. He often goes to his homeland Kabylia (Algeria) where he performs his texts in festivals and public readings.
